About Us

The Shenandoah Inn is located in the city of Plymouth, California and nestled in the historical and scenic region of central California's Gold Country. Our Inn has 46 guestrooms each with a large picture framed window of the magnificent oak trees and rolling hills which are indigenous to the area.

From the comfortable rooms with large picture framed windows, or while relaxing out in our pool area, you'll enjoy views stretching into the foothills of the Amador wine country. Relax at our refreshing pool and spa area. It is a great place for that afternoon bite or to partake in a glass of after-dinner wine. Or better yet, treat your group to an evening BBQ in our spacious picnic area.

Our newly remodeled spacious rooms are equipped with a clock radio, coffee maker, HD 35" flat screen TV with satellite, in-room climate control, high-speed internet and direct dial telephones. All of our rooms include a microwave, refrigerator, iron, ironing board with hairdryer as well as upgraded amenities. Our Deluxe Suite, featuring a spacious living room, is perfect for that getaway in the wine country! For that romantic evening, you can also book our jacuzzi tub room.

We have a number of designated rooms available to pets and their human companions. Our four-legged friends are always welcome at The Shenandoah Inn!

The Amador County Fairgrounds less than one mile away. About 15 minutes from The Shenandoah Inn resides Rancho Murieta. In addition to the beautiful golf course, you may experience the beauty of the four-legged kind at the Rancho Murieta Equine Complex. Throughout the year, this state-of-the-art complex hosts a variety of equine competitions.
